Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is a leading global financial services company that designs and delivers solutions to help clients manage risk, optimize benefits, cultivate talent and expand the power of capital for institutions and individuals.

We were challenged to create series of icons that can be applied to 70+ unique products and build a system that will align future products to the WTW brand.

Role

My role was to work with a creative director and a creative technologist to design icons and generate a set of guidance. I presented to our direct clients and worked with numerous product owners for new icons.

Born from the core DNA of the WTW brand, we developed an approach that stemmed from the underlying modular grid. This distinct look and feel was chosen to reinforce the WTW brand’s visibility.

A toolkit of templates, guidance and the automated software script were shared with product teams. This ensures coherence, recognition and quality across the entire existing and future suite of products and services.
